Hi. i was purchase a hp laptop just three days before. my laptop work fine but only bluetooth not working, so i update bios. i download software from hp website.after updating bios my dedicated graphic card not working. internal graphic card work fine. all thing was work fine, but when i insta graphic card driver and restart my lappi, it show a blue screen and give memory dumping error and my lappi was restart. no welcome screen was come. please solve my problem. thanks in advance.

Use the internal/integrated graphics to enter and set up BIOS now. Whenever you update to a new version or just reset the BIOS you need to set it all up again.

Hi sir, i want to know tge reason why memory dumping error comes with dedicated graphic card. everything works fine with internal card. please send me a link where i find how to set up graphic card, there are no instructions in my bios. i have hp 15 d002tx.

Hi sir, i download latest drivers for my nvidia getforce 820m, when i try to install drivers it show me error that "the graphic driver is not compatible with this version of windows. The graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware". I used windows 7 64 bit.

helli sir, i install windows 7 32 bit, then i install graphic card drivers, graphic card drivers install successfully because latest version of my graphic card only support 32 bit os, now my lappy works fine, thank u so much, but sometime blue screen come.
