Is this best build under $2100 budget?

Solution
I think you should do a few changes there ; first of all , the cpu cooler
Get a Noctua NH-D14 , it's better than the swiftech h220 and it's quieter , so you will benefit from it , it's also 30$ cheaper
Next the SSD , get the Samsung 840 EVO 250GB , it's alot faster than the 530 , especialy when you use the rapid mode , it can reach up to 1000MBp/s read , and it's 30$ cheaper than the 530 once again :D
For the memory , you can get cheaper DDR3-2400MHz memory and will make none to very slight difference , or overclock some ddr3-2133MHz memory to 2400mhz and save up lots of money
If you don't want that big brown cooler in your build , you can get the h100i , it's 90$ and is alot better than the h220 , though it's also louder .
