MSI Afterburner has worked well for me for several years. EVGA offers their Precision X program - it's similar to the MSI program. These are strictly for monitoring the GPU.

thanks for your solution...is evga precision x compatible to ati graphics cards?
i have tried msi friend,it doesnt work
ya its old,its integrated gpu,i m now trying riva tuner and hwinfo.will inform you soon
You might not be able to monitor the temp of the GPU if it is integrated. That woulld explain why the programs aren't working. If it is integrated on the motherboard, then the best might be the temp shown in the BIOS for the mobo, or if you use a monitoring program from the mobo manufacture (such as ASUS Probe). If it is integrated on the CPU, then the CPU temp is going to include the graphics chip.
