Will disabling the GPU in my APU lower the temperature and decrease the stress in my cpu? Cause it runs pretty how and i want to see if that lowers the temperatures. If so, How do i disable it. I have a Asus motherboard.

No, if you are not using it because you have a discrete GPU, then that part of the chip isn't doing any more work than if you manually disable it - that is if you even could.
