520 is on the low side for a 280x and 8320. If you want to OC you need some more juice.

CPU, RAM, HDD, PSU, GPU..all good. However, 520W is way low especially for overclocking a 8350 with a 280x. I'd get at a minimum 600W for this. Otherwise, solid.

Under load the 8350 is 200W. The 280x is around 250W. So we are already at 450W. And you still got to look at other components. In my opinion, you need more power. 550W would be cutting it close. I really suggest getting a 650W PSU so you can overclock that CPU and GPU. You should cuz you have a good mobo and decent cooling for the cpu too.

please get a new PSU for this.

I never hear/read people buying Zalman PSUs but if you can find a review to support the quality then it could be ok. Look into 650W PSUs cuz there are so many good ones to choose from.

I don't mean to be rude, but I don't want someone with an expensive 280x and 8350 using a cheap PSU. I googled it and didn't find reviews so I won't recommend it.

Can you provide a country or other suggestions?

At the price of a 8350 and a evo it would be close to an i5. You could just get an i5-4570 or i5-4670k and the xfx 550w if power is a concern.

You jumped from a 280x to 290 and that means more power. A 290 comes with a 650W PSU recommendation (a little overkill though)

And the i5 will cut down the power to 80W instead of 200W for the 8350. However, I wouldn't get a 290 for the 520W PSU. A 280x will work with 520W with locked i5, but a 290 is pushing it on 520W. You could consider a 770 or 780.

i can get the windforce or maybe i can add some few pounds and get the first pc i think it will be better in performance ?

Gigabyte Windforce is good. But if you get a 520W PSU then get locked i5. Otherwise, if you want 8350 then get 600W PSU or higher.
