ok, got that part, now attempting to align it to it exhausts toward my rear fan. When I go to screw in the screws, I can put one side down but then the other side has 3/16 of an inch or so before it even comes in contact with the other standoffs. (I am using the taller ones). I feel like I will be putting way too much pressure on the cpu to try to get the screws down to the right height. I nkow they have springs but those springs are awful tight.

The key is to screw in one corner just enough so that it catches, then screw in the opposite corner just enough to where it catches. Now put a bit of pressure to get the 3rd screw to catch, then the 4th. THEN you tighten them down, but not all the way one at a time. Screw one in a few times, then the other, then the other until they're all tight.

the only one I have screwed in at the moment is the left back one. So the right front is next, is that a normal gap to bridge? and by screwed in I mean just enough to grab ahold.
