hi,what graphics card should i be using with FX 6300,ASUS m5a97.R2.AMD or Nvidia? my budget is around 260$ i'm using a corsair vs 650w

To check a GPU's compatibility, you need to look out for,
1. CPU
2. PSU
3. Motherboard
4. Space

> If your CPU is too slow, bottlenecks might occur where the CPU slows down the performance of the GPU. For your FX-6300 I think it's best if you go with the R9 270.

> You need a decent PSU which has the right wattage to power your system and the GPU. Without overclocking, 500-600 watts would usually be fine.

> This isn't a very common issue. The motherboard needs to have a PCIe 16x slot to support the GPU. All modern motherboards should at least have one. Your motherboard has plenty of expansion slots , so not to worry.

Someone mentioned the most important factor. Budget. That's all we need to know to recommend to you a GPU. But if you tell us where you live and your budget in your country's currency, we can give you a link to an inline store ( hopefully )
