Hi.. well I was using my USB and it was working fine when I wanted 2 access it again it wrote- D: Not Accessible. Data error (Cyclic Redundancy Check) and when I wanted 2 format it and I couldn't it said- The Disk is write protected. How can I fix this? Please any answer will be apprechiated the USB was formatted in NTFS. I have ran chkdsk in CMD and I wanted to disable this but it wrote something about I/O error NTFS.

You can try the following suggestions: http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-to-fix-write-protection-errors-on-a-usb-stick/

You may just have a corrupt flash drive which needs to be replaced. For only 8 GB, it is prolly not worth the shipping charges to replace it under warranty.
