Hello one and all!

I have recently built a computer (specs below) and have loaded windows seven onto it. I loaded the OS onto my SSD and created a profile. I then loaded into the account and roughly thirty seconds afterwards the computer resets, it then gets to the POST screen (I think post, it comes up with the gigabyte logo and commands on how to reach BIOS etc). After the post screen however it resets and the cycle repeats.

I re installed the windows OS in an attempt to correct any issues, but it did not work. So I now think I have two OSs, so I will likely delete one shortly (I thought it would automattically replace).

Specs
Gigabyte Z87X-D3H mother board
8 Gb RAM
Radeon R9 280 GPU
Intel I5 1150 processor
Seasonic 520 W PSU

I think that is all. Any help would be great.

Check into the bios for Sata config, CSM Legacy configuration. Proly the mobo is not recognizing the SSD as a bootable device.

I have been into the BIOS before and I know that the SSD is appearing (at one time it was not showing so I have to change some things) on the BIOS. Does it appearing still mean it might not be seen as bootable?

It can be recognized as a drive device, but still not as a bootable device.
There was another thread about issues with that mobo
