Okay Awesome !! thanks :3

now who do i choose as answer ? xD moderator is it okay if i give terry the answer becouse he has elss best answers ? :p
it's hard to choose becouse you helped me both SO much :3

PWM stands for pulse width modulation. Regular 3-pin case fans can only be RPM controlled be reducing the normal 12 volt until the fan stalls. That defines its RPM range. PWM fans have 4-pin connectors. The extra pin provides an RPM feedback that allows the fan to be RPM controlled by either the normal method (reducing the 12 volt power) or by a percent on method that controls the fan to a particular RPM.

If this is a gaming build, I'd suggest a few changes in order to upgrade the GPU. It is arguably the most important part for gaming. For today's games the gtx760 is an entry level card and will be just fine for 1080p at med to high settings. But if you want to run the more demanding games at 60fps on ultra settings, and be a little more future proof, you'll want to get at least a gtx770.

I know a budget is a budget. I would go so far as to drop the SSD in order to be able to afford a better graphics card. The SSD doesn't help with FPS, only with load times, so it is optional from a strictly gaming point of view. I would even consider getting a non 'k' cpu and a H97 motherboard to save the money in order to upgrade my gpu.

Again, this is assuming this is a gaming build. Food for thought anyways.

I don't mind at all :3 and if i need to i can upgrade it later , I mean everything is better than the laptop i have now i don't even have a graphics card in this one ... Thanks alot for the help tho !!

Oh okay ! thanks :D

and yes i had a cpu cooler before but i have no idea how tho install those ?
so i was planning to go with the intel cpu cooler becouse you just need to click it in with the four like stands ?

Yes, you just press them down and twist into the four CPU cooler mounting holes.

The aftermarket CPU coolers use an installation bracket that is attached to the motherboard with four screws. Then the cooler is attached to that bracket by various methods (usually two spring loaded screws).

Ah okay yeah you really need to build it together, but ty for the vid and the recommondation for the cpu cooler !
also I don't think im gonna overclock anywhere soon becouse like i said i am very nooby in building computers etc
and a friend of mine said it's very dangerous to overclock and you also shorten the lifespam of your hardware ?

also is there any other benefits in aftermarket cpu coolers ?
