I have a powerful PC build and I would like to use it as a server. Here are my specs:

Rampage IV Extreme Black Edition Motherboard
Intel Core i7-4820k Processor
Vengeance 16GB 4x4 Quad-Channel DDR3 RAM 1600MHz
EVGA GeForce 780 3GB DDR5 Graphics Card
CORSAIR H100i Closed Loop CPU Cooling System
Samsung 840 PRO Series SSD 256GB

If I keep the computer running 24/7, will it hurt anything in my computer build running at stock speeds? What if I overclock my CPU and RAM? I obviously know it will affect my power bill, but aside from that will it be okay for me to do?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

the most important things is
1 = VERY VERY GOOD PSU , you need a high grade psu voltage regulation and ventilation + high current enough on the 12V rail

2 = VERY VERY GOOD WATERCOOLING SYSTEM = like you have ( H100i ) you need to be in clean area without dust as possible , and a coldest temp as possible ( of course not - 30C HIHI!)

3 = the power manager in windows need to set on high performance , not on hibernation or standby , and check about the settings of your antivirus ...because sometimes he need to reboot the computer to apply virus removal and you can lost the server functions

4 = you need a good airflow design to reduce the amount of dust entering in the case because of the fans see here a picture to explain that...

and here i found a good setup for reducing the dust to pass thru the fan (using a foam)
