system crahes on startup

I replaced the MOBO, CPU and PSU in my system and now it crashes on start up when displaying the windows 7 logo. Startup repair is no help. I would really appreciate some help ASAP thanks.

When you replace the motherboard, did you reinstall Windows or removed the old drivers for the old motherboard and installed the drivers for the new motherboard?

damn it i did it again, I keep accidentally picking people as solution. Sorry. No I didn't re install windows or remove the old drivers...
