I think the power usage is at 380 on your build. Maybe 80 extra for overclocking tops. That will be 460. Therefore at 550 watts or 530 from the xfx 550w on the 12v you will have at least 70 extra watts that will never be used while maxing your system.

Are you planning to add another graphics card? If so I'd go for a reputable brand ~850 watts, if not ~650W should be fine

Edit: Beat me to it smorizio

None in the FM2 socket unfortunately. You will want to replace both the CPU and motherboard. If you want to stick with the AMD route (cheaper), then perhaps a FX-6300 or FX-8320 CPU. For the motherboard, I suggest an Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0. Together that is about $220 - $270 extra.

The Intel route is more expensive. CPU would be an i5-4690K ($220) and a perhaps a Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3 for the motherboard ($129). You can get a cheaper CPU or motherboard, but it won't make a big cut in the budget. You can probably save $30 without losing too much.
