Windows 7 login issue

When I login my screen is really tiny and it flickers a few times, but then when it logs in its fine. Even when I go into sleep mode the login screen looks fine. Why is it so tiny and flickery at start up?

Wow, first time ive heard that problem. What are the specs of your pc? Do you have the latest video card drivers installed? Have you had any problems before that, like viruses or errors ?

Yes I do. Only thing I don't have is one intel adapter update and thats it. Never had any viruses or errors. I recently did a factory reset and thats the only thing I've noticed thats weird is logging on.

if you have and intel or amd mb that has ipgpu (built in video) if your not using the onboard video. go into the bios set the primany display from auto or ipgpu to peg/pci then make sure if your using one monitor only that muilt monitor support is turned off. that should rule out the mb/gpu from bouncing from two outputs trying to find what port your monitor is plugged into.
