Why are you trying to overclock on the stock cooler? That's a big no no.
Its been working so far, i have plans to get a hyper 212 evo in the future, but at this time i dont have time to take out the mobo just to put a bracket in, so far the stock cooler has done a really fine job at temps, i mean right now i have oc'ed from 3.9ghz to 4.3ghz with a very small change in temps, also as of right now my cpu idles at 13c and 59-60 tops on prime 95, My main question was if 1.440v can support a 4.5 ghz overclock, i can understand the concern of temp, but believe me I watch temps like a hawk on my second monitor no matter what i am doing.
