Hi, this may be a stupid question but I've been putting together a computer and haven't received my hard drive or ram in the mail yet. I've installed the CPU and Mobo along with the fans and PSU and hooked everything up.
I wanted to see if everything was done right to that point and plugged it in and hit the power button and it lit up momentarily and the fan started to spin but then it just quit.
Is this an issue with the components I have already, or because there is no RAM or HDD installed?
