Hey guys I was looking to find out what is the best cheap motherboard for the graphics card stated above. I do not mind if they are intel or amd once it has good overclocking potential and reliability. I want to keep the cost low so I am not looking for any of the 990FX or Intel equivalent boards as I do not plan to run SLI/Crossfire. Any help or advice will be appreciated, thanks!

Those gpu's will work on any mobo with a pcie x16 slot, which is to say, any mobo currently. What you have not stated is what cpu you wish to be paired with the gpu, what psu to power them etc.
The gpu basically has nothing to do with the motherboard, and overclocking a gpu has even less to do with a motherboard. A motherboard is all about the cpu and the subsequent OC or lack thereof.
