So I have the option of buying a new 7870 for about 130, or a used 7950 for about the same price.
My questions are is that one, does a used gfx card affect anything? Previous owner only used it for bitcoin mining which I don't mind as long as it runs fine.
My second is that I will be using a 1600x900 monitor so would a 7950 be much of an improvement over a 7870 anyway on that low res?
