Ok so I was booting up it booted fine as I was logging in it turns off reboots and bam a spark arcs in what looked like the bottom right Hand corner of the motherboard any idea why and should I turn it on or should I wait need help

I would assume that something shorted on the motherboard. The motherboard is questionable. I would guess that if you power it up that the damage is already done. The other components are also questionable. If you can return the motherboard, I would do that now. If they will not accept the return, then you have nothing to lose by powering it up. I would do it with the other components removed.
