Definitely R7 265, very similar price, good performance, people claim they get 32-70 fps on BF4 on ultra, the R7's are better not just for performance but the fact that you can add another later, don't worry about AMD, they have good drivers and customer support, drivers and support was only bad in the ATI days, the GTX 650 Ti might be a bit cooler but that doesn't matter because in that price range all cards are considered cold because none actually get hot compared to higher end cards. Pick me as the solution if i am. Got any more questions ask away I'm around quite often.
