Questions about new gaming pc

Hello, I have finally gotten all the parts together for my pc. Now I have a few questions.

1. The power supply I am buying has the same price and free shipping. I can either buy from tigerdirect or amazon through a seller name circuitcity. This amazon seller says the shipping is 3-5 business days and I am not sure about tiger direct. Which one should I buy from and which one is more trustworthy?

2. Is there any possible way I can have everything i'm buying be signed for when it arrives at my house? I don't want no chances with people stealing it off my front porch.

3. Is there any other things other than the parts that you need when buying the computer then putting it together. I read on a page about some guy putting together his pc and needing more than what he bought of sata cables and also some other guy said I will need mx2 or mx4 to paste down my cooler master evo hyper 212.

I am very sorry for the quite stupid questions, but I am new to building computers and I don't know what you need to assemble the computer after you buy the parts etc.. My friends will be helping me assemble it who already have assembled there's before so they know how; its just I want to have everything I need when they come over. Please tell me if I am missing anything, if you know answers to my questions, etc..

Thanks,
Drew

1. Circuitcity was bought out by Tigerdirect, so you're basically buying from the same retailer. If it says fulfilled by Amazon, then I would go with Amazon because they tend to have great customer service in case something happens.

2. I believe you can do this once you get the tracking number. When you go to the track my package page, I believe there is an option to have you sign for it if you have an account. Not quite sure about this one though.

3. Depends on your components. Most motherboards come with at least 2 SATA cables, so if you only have two components that require a SATA cable then you should be fine. Components that require a SATA cable to hook up to the motherboard would be optical drives, hard drives, and solid state...

For the paste, the Hyper 212 EVO comes with paste so you should be fine on that part as well.
