Looks like a good build. If you were to go with the R9-280X, which is a huge power hog, I would go for at least a good 600w psu to be safe. Even though a quality 520w psu like the one you posted can probably handle it, it will be under a lot of stress which is not good. A XFX 650w unit would be a good option at a relatively good price.

You should search for RAM that is CL9 at 1600/1866mhz 1.5V. Also, make sure that it is 2x4gb and not 1x8gb.

Not a fan of Aerocool cases. There are usually better quality cases for the price. If you're in the ~$50-60 price range for a case, the Corsair 300R, Bitfenix Shinobi, Corsair 230T, and Cooler Master HAF 912 are good cases.
For something a bit more pricey, the NZXT Phantom 410, Fractal Design...

Heck, since you're going with a mATX motherboard, why not a mATX case for the smaller form factor? You can look at the Corsair 350D, Bitfenix Prodigy M, or Fractal Design Arc Mini R2.
