I've saved $1200. Will someone help me build the best Gaming PC possible on my budget?

First of all thanks for the help. I'm pretty excited, as I've never built my own PC before. I need help picking out the best possible parts for my PC. It should be noted that its entirely about gaming here. I want to run all the latest video games on ULTRA settings.

Things I already have for my PC build:
-Monitor
-Mouse & Keyboard
-The OS

Specifications:
-an HDMI compatible motherboard.

Also, I currently live in Dallas, Texas if that matters.

Edit: You will be able to upgrade to the new Broadwell processors when they come out since you have a Z97 motherboard.
