Hello. I'll get straight to the point. Thank you in advance.
I have an hp laptop running win.7
1. After log on, it takes nearly half hour to load onto desktop. Even the internet won't load right.
2. All 3 safe modes will not load. It freezes or stuck on while loading
3. I have a g virus program, and toss killer from jasper and male are bytes.
4. There is 'this copy of windows not genuine on bottom right ( I'll try to solve this since I found solution but won't know if working til try
5. Once, when scan with tdss killer, it s aid there were forged doctuments. I have a suspicion I might have got hacked? Because ever since these issues still acting up. We'll I fixed it and now days, all 3 virus programs don't find any major viruses. Don't even know if it's working right.
6. On desktop, most shortcut icons won't work when clicked. I have to manually goto the file and start them
7.to install new programs pointless since Internet won't work right, and even when using disk, it takes ages to even get to the install point.
8.is this hard drive issue? Or hacked? If I were to take laptop for repair, will there be a chance that it'll still messup?
9.i don't mind rebooting my laptop to new spec since nothing important files I have.
10. If I were to take this to repair shop, what should I ask them todo? I want my laptop to be in original state with no chance of corrupt items to be stored.
11. I know this is long, so if you guys have any questions please ask and I'll try best to answer. Thank you. I'm at a lost end.

Try to defrag the hard drive. Windows comes with one so you don't need to download it. This will be a good place to start but will not fix the problem.

CCleaner from Piriform will give your system a nice deep temp/junk files cleanup and a general 'registry fix'
though if you don't want to download anymore software,
go to My Computer> Right click on the hdd> Properties> Disk Cleanup. run that for a more basic cleanup as apposed to the above.

Advanced System Care from iObit has a toolbox with tools ofc that fix most of my system errors, shortcut fixer included as you stated that point

Defrag as posted above, though my preferred method is Smart Defrag from iObit being far more rigorous

IF you have your OS install disk/multiple license key, with the system being in that state, i would rather back up what i need to another drive and perform a full drive reformat. A fresh formatted drive solves the whole software-side thing and returns you the performance speed you used to experience when the pc was fresh :)

Thank you guys for the responses. Sadly, it takes 3 to 10 minutes at times to load anything. My hard drive light ( looks like 3 disc's stacked up) is always on, yet when I visit ctrl+shift+delete menu, it tells me nothing major is running, if anything at all. I tried opening my dvd disk drive to see if lights turn off on hard drive but it still kept on. I will tey the c drive index off option but it has been taking too long and I ended up falling asleep. I cannot download anything because my browser won't open. I am using a phone to post this. I can't get into any safe modes because it freezes up once it reaches certain load file ( I'll write down which one it freezes on). I forgot the option to checkdisc, something like goto cmd and type chkdsk ? If anyone knows that step so I can see if anything on my drive is messed up I'd appericiate it. Sigh... I took computer for granted and now miss using it.

By the way, when you turn off computer by pressing power button, upon restarting it tries to do the disk check up thing. But the issue is, it won't work. I will also try to wrote down the computers response. Thanks for the attention fellas. It helps tremendously knowing someone is reading my post and even replying.

sorry to hear it's still not sorted. the command you stated is
chkdsk /r

to see if it is a software sided problem, you could try creating a live UBUNTU boot disk either on cd or usb, if it boots up and runs fine, it's a definite software issue, if you still encounter the same issues, it's a hardware issue.
(ubuntu is a linux operating system and very newbie user friendly) no need to play around in its OS, just boot and see if your problems are present

bootable USB option :http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/create-a-usb-stick-on-windows
bootable CD option: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LiveCD

As for returning your laptop to original state, do you see a recovery drive partition in 'My Computer'? Right click and 'mark partition as active' will send you into the hp recovery manager from where you can restore to factory state. This can also be done directly from HP Recovery Manager (search for it when you press 'START') You''ll see HP SYSTEM RECOVERY there
I once paid £50 to the PCWORLD KNOWHOW Team to do this for me but later realised it was far too easy to do it myself. I keep most of my data on NAS drives so I tend to do this often when i get too frustrated with my HP laptop issues

Thanks for the input fellas. I'm currently moving so I don't have Internet at new place yet so I can't download programs for while.

Could it be my harddrive? Do faulty hard drives have symptoms like I've deacribed?

I'll try some of these inputs you guys have told me tonight. Thank you
