boot drive only visible

when i open file explorer it shows only my boot drive (samsung 840 evo) and it is labeled home drive along with my ODD. My Hdd (wd blue 1tb ) is only visible in device manager. I can not load anything onto my hdd and can you help with thios. Thx

You probably need to go into Disk Management and assign a drive letter to it.
You can right-click on "This PC" or "My Computer" or "Computer" on your Desktop, depending on which o/s you are using and then left-click on "Manage".
In there, you should find Disk Management and find the WD Blue drive and right-click on it, and click on "Assign drive letter" and pick a drive letter.
