Hi i'm planning on ordering these parts shorty, but i am a little worried about my current power supply not being able to support the parts.

BUILD: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/HVXVGX

this is the PSU i currently have: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171039&AID=10657534&PID=3938566&SID=&nm_mc=AFC-C8JunctionCA&cm_mmc=AFC-C8JunctionCA-_-na-_-na-_-na

I'm on a tight budget, so i cannot spend that much more money.
Also, any suggestions or last minute inputs on the build would be great!

Solution
I'd choose these parts instead:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($202.89 @ Newegg Canada)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($103.95 @ Vuugo)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 270 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card ($169.98 @ Newegg Canada)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case ($58.02 @ DirectCanada)
Total: $534.84
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Okay, so just a better mobo and processor. So will my power supply be sufficient? and also, are mail in rebates worth it? ive heard bad things about them,

Your PSU really outputs 450W,and the GPU+CPU take up 400W. Add in the other parts of your build and it might not cut it. I would go ahead and upgrade to a quality 550W or 650W PSU.

Your current build looks good, but I would go with a black/red/brown colored motherboard just so it matches up with the rest of your build.

You might want to go with this build and add case fans later:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4430 3.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($190.00 @ Canada Computers)
Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty H97 Performance ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($107.50 @ Vuugo)
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R9 270 2GB TurboDuo Video Card ($144.99 @ NCIX)
Case: Thermaltake Urban S31 Window ATX Mid Tower Case ($59.99 @ NCIX)
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($54.99 @ NCIX)
Total: $557.47
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

EDIT: Updated with better motherboard and it has a red/black scheme. Other one will still work fine though if you're on a tight budget.

Question about the GPU. Is there much difference between the Powercolor version and the MSI version? is powercolor reliable?

But this looks way better than what i had.

Not really, Powercolor makes decent cards. It will work fine and have very similar performance the the MSI version.

For the motherboard I'd rather go with this one instead for a few bucks more

RAID support, and will work better if you are trying to color match your build.
