I just built a new custom build pc and it will not boot past the bios settings? And it won't boot the windows 7 cd? All of my parts are brand new off of amazon and I am pretty sure I built the pc right. I have tried resetting the bios and still nothing. And bought a new power supply and that still didn't help. The only thing I didn't have to buy was a hard drive Bc I already had one that came out of my previous pc. Please help Bc I have no clue what could be the problem.
