Ordering this What do you think my fps/gameplay will be like on newer games high settings?

So I'm just going to copy and Pete the specs as my phone sucks for this. The only prob I see with this is might need a little bit better GTX card down the road. Yo guys think it'll stay cool if I OC the i5? How much do you think I can oc it and be safe?
