I am going to buy an FX-8350 and don't know if keep the CM EVO 212 I already have or upgrade it to H80i. I am going to keep the stock temperature, unless is wise to buy the H80i and OC it, I know little about OC. Thanks for your attention and your answer.

Like you said you've little knowledge of OC and don't want to OC for now, stick with Evo 212. you can still OC moderately with this CPU cooler on 8350. When time comes, buy H80i/90i and then OC.

The most I could do with safe temps on summer, say not more than 4.5Ghz , maybe less, I really don't know much about OC as I say. And is a good thing the Evo still could work for OC. BTW, what MOBO you could recommend for OCing the 8350?

I would stick with the EVO then. As for the motherboard, Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0.

What Core Speed would be safe for the EVO 212?

The HYPER 212 EVO won't be able to dissipate the heat an overclocked 8320 or 8350 generates. They are 120 watt processors. Once they are moderately to heavily overclcocked they can consume 220 watts just like the 9370 and 9590.
