Looking for computer case fans

I currently have a computer that I believe is loud even at idle. The case I have is a Zalmen z-11 Plus, It has 5 fans that come with the case standard. I assume that the fans at idle is what is loud about my computer. When I'm not doing anything on the computer and just let it sit I, in my opinion I think that its loud. I know when the video card comes on and I don't believe its that and the cpu fan has been upgraded to a Hyper 212 by Cooler Master.

The case has x3 120mm fans with x2 side panel fans which are 80mm.

I'm looking to replace these fans with quieter fans while keeping good airflow.

It is my experience that these are nice 120mm fans

A better bet for that many case fans would be to get a fan controller that would allow you to slow the fans down which would make them almost silent while only slightly reducing the airflow which with that many fans you can afford to do.

for Blue LED case fans you have a choice of a few

Go with Bitfenix spectre pro 's

Bitfenix spectre pro 120mm 56.22 CFM @ 18.9dba
Corsair AF quiet edition 52.19 CFM @ 25.2dba
Aerocool DS 54.8 CFM @ 15.8dba
The aerocool DS are a nice quiet fan but do not have the same CFM and are expensive
For the price the spectre pro's are the same as the corsair AF but quieter and push more CFM
The coolermaster jetflo LED 120mm have the highest cfm @ 95 CFM
but at 36dba at 12v they sound like a leaf blower
even with a voltage reducer at 7v they are still a noisy 28 dba

I also want to get rid of the blue leds, I'm only assuming that the case fans in my case are the cause of the sound coming from idle, I'm not exactly sure whats making the computer so loud. All I know is that it has a loud idle sound which I can hear even when wearing my headphones.

Going to super quiet with good airflow. Are there different types of fans for different applications? And should I got for a liquid cooler for my cpu? Is my hyper 212 making my computer loud?

the fans i mentioned above also come in non led versions , best bet is to remove the side panel from your case and try to narrow down what is making the noise

I think its either the psu or the case fans, its only at idle, I know when the graphics card kicks in. Either way I would like to change out the leds to non leds.
