So I ordered new heatsink for my CPU AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition since fabric one was really loud. But now I'm starting to think it wont fit in my case. I have NZXT M59 M59 and the heatsink that I ordered is EVO
RAM is really, really close to the fabric heatsink so if EVO is bigger I will have to change the order of RAM modules. This is the first time that I'm doing this, so I have no idea will it fit or not. Can someone please take a look at this? Thanks.

What RAM do you have? But as long as it fits into the case, you should be able to install the RAM even if they are tall. The only thing tall RAM will do is block part of the fan on the heatsink. I recommend that you install the heatsink without the RAM installed so you have more room to work with.

I have 2x2GB Patriot and 1x4GB Kingston Hyper X. Patriot is right next to the CPU/heatsink. Does the height of the new heatsink match the restriction I have on my case? Do I even have a restriction? On official site of the case it says: Clearance CPU 141.0mm (with fan) 166.0mm (without fan) . What does that mean? And I will install it without RAM just like you suggested.
