overclocking i5 3570k

My motherboard is asus p8h 61-m lx3 r2.0. And cpu intel i5 3570k........can i overclock my cpu in this setup .....this is my first overclocking experience so help me with the steps and specs to overclock efficiently.....

just a heads up,
not sure what ur goals are, but honestly with a good gpu, that cpu is more than enough, for most games even at stock. I oc mine just for the heck of it n my benchmarks in games stay the same as stock. most games these days you'd be far better off upgrading upgrading ur gpu instead of worring about oc'ing a 3570.
even at stock ghz, I never max out my 3570. O n if u realy wana speed up load times omg, go with n ssd, amazing performance upgread!

also if ur interested in seeing if the cpu is a bottle neck, go to control panel, turn on ur resource monitor, then do what ur doing. when ur slow down happens, right after, window out with alt+enter and look at the graph, if ur cpu graph wasn't holding at 100%, oc ing ur cpu is a waist of time, no benifits. good luck...
