The GeForce GTX 770 requires a psu with 42A on the +12v rail and a 600W PSU minimum
The corsair VS 650 has 50A on the plus 12v rail and 650watts
so you will be fine , if you have it already thats fine
if you are thinking of ordering it i would suggest a better quality psu
form seasonic/xfx or any psu from coraisr's TX,HX or AX range of psu's
as they all have high grade japanese capacitors
