Installed a wireless card a few days ago and i have not a proper shutdown since. It either freezes or just loads for a shutdown.

Card - TL-WDN3800
Mobo - Gigabyte 970a-d3

I seen this(http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/66277-63-windows-sh...) but I still don't really know how to fix it.

I will try to help you fix this problem and since I dont know what version of windows you are using I assume you are using Windows 7. The fact that the problem is with shutdown is that your system files might be damaged. What you can try to fix this problem is to repair your system files. To do this you:

1.) Press START > enter CMD > Right Click and click Run As Administrator.
2.) In Command Prompt, Enter: sfc /scannow

This command is a system file checker and will automatically repair those files.
I hope this works for you! :)
