can i overclock my gtx650 on 500watt psu ??

I have two questions
1. Can i overclock my gtx 650 on my 500 watt iball psu which gives 24AH @12volt (othed specs- biostar 960D+, fx6300,6gb ram)
2. Is the feature called double channel ram getting used with two rams of same frequency but diffrent volume i.e 4 & 2 gb.

iBall are cheap and nasty psu's. If you overclock on them, you will either blow the psu or the video card.

Dual channel ram, means using identical sticks, both in speed and capacity, in the appropriate matched motherboard slots to increase memory bandwidth and performance.
