so this is what i had in mind for a gaming build:
CPU i5 4590 3.3Ghz (Box)
Mobo Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H
RAM G.Skill 4x4GB 1600 Ares
SSD Samsung 840 Evo
HDD Seagate Barracude 2GB
GPU ASUS GTX780 OC 3GB
Case Antec P100
PSU Seasonic 650W Gold
ODD Samsung DVDRW
what i hope to do is once the 800 series comes out, is sell the GTX780 and buy a GTX880. issue is, i don't want the CPU to bottleneck and im not sure if this MOBO is good enough.
someone told me a good CPU choice would be i5 4670k (because when the time comes i can OC it plus it is better) and i should also switch to a Z97 MOBO. – is this good advice? if so, which Z97?
was also wondering about CPU fan, should i but it right now? or just purchase it WHEN ill start OCing in a year or so?
