What do I go for first, I am kinda short on paper atm so I need to prioritize something over something.

Case Fan, which would most probably cool my entire system

or

CPU cooler that would cool only my CPU.

More about : case fan aftermarket cpu cooler

You must have both.

A CPU may come with a stock cooler.
The case fan(s) are needed to remove hot air from the case. They can be quite inexpensive, or often included with a case.

Hi Hitokiri Battousai
If your cpu is getting hot over 70C cpu cooler first , if cpu temps are fine get a case fan , of all the things in your system the cpu is generally one of the most expensive components and costly to replace

What are the specs of the system now? What is it doing (or not doing)?
