Can CPU Graphic Chipsets conflict with my GPU?

Alright, I was fine-combing my parts list for my computer build by putting each component side by side and checking if they were compatible. When checking my CPU and GPU, I wondered if CPU graphics chipsets could conflict with a standalone Graphics card. Is that so, or does my GPU override the CPU graphics chipset?

Just in case it's a parts-specific thing, I'm using an Intel i5 4690k Processor and a EVGAGeForce GTX 760 2GB Graphics card.

Yes you can use both without issue. You may wish to disable the integrated one if you have no intention of using it at all.

They will conflict on Windows Vista, and one will have to be disabled. On Windows 7 and beyond it is possible to have multiple graphics adapters with differing drivers installed at once without issue.

@Pinhedd

I'm using Windows 7, so does that mean I can use both the chipset and the standalone card? I'd rather just use the standalone card if possible, but I think I may have misunderstood your answer.
