hello, so i would like some help building my self a new PC i would like it to have 3 monitors and i have no experience with liquid cooling so if you can walk me through it i'll appreciate it

That MB is one of the best. I thought you wanted 1 really HiRes monitor. You're welcome :) 
EDIT: It may be easier/cheaper to buy from local stores
