The motherboard rarely restricts the size of components, but the case is micro atx, so it'll fit a micro atx motherboard. The max gpu length for that case is 12.5 inches, and your chosen gpu is 11.5 inches long, so it'll fit. The other thing that sometimes needs checking is the cpu cooler, but you don't list one separately, so I presume you plan to use the stock cooler, which only needs height checking with extremely small form factor cases (like the Antec ISK series).

I was thinking of using a seperate Cooler Master fan, but at a later point. Do you think the stock cooler will do til' then? Thanks for your quick reply, best solution given :)
