Just fitted a watercooling loop in my system and I have some concerns with the difference in temperature between the four cores.

Currently, running Prime95;

4.5ghz@1.35v (not optimised)
Core #0 68c
Core #1 64c
Core #2 59c
Core #3 56c

Is this normal? Or a bit excessive? Thanks.

Solution
This is normal on Haswell CPUs due to the way that intel built them- specifically the TIM between the die and IHS as well as the (usually) slight concave nature of the IHS.

Thanks very much. I was hoping this was the case. Really didn't fancy draining the loop down again.
