Is about the cheapest for the price/performance you can do for your particular motherboard. Games like Titanfall are more GPU intensive than CPU intensive so the GPU is more important. According to
http://www.geforce.com/games-applications/pc-games/titanfall/system-requirements the minimum system requirements for Titanfall are:
MINIMUM OS: Windows Vista SP2 64-bit / Windows 7 SP1 64-bit / Windows 8 64-bit
CPU: AMD Athlon X2 2.8GHz / Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz
RAM: At least 4 GB
DISC DRIVE: DVD ROM drive required for installation only
HARD DRIVE: At least 50 GB of free space
VIDEO: AMD Radeon HD 4770 with 512MB RAM or better / Nvidia GeForce 8800GTwith 512MB RAM or better
DirectX: DirectX 11
INPUT: Keyboard and mouse, Microsoft Gamepad
ONLINE CONNECTION REQUIREMENTS: 512kbps down and 384kbps up or faster Internet connection
Without knowing what the CPU you already have is, it is hard to actually recommend buying a new one. If you already have a dual core, then of course a quad core will help run the game and background tasks better, so it will help you get a bit better fps. The graphic card is primarily what will doing the work to get you a higher resolution and settings, along with pushing a lot of the fps itself. Whether or not the 750 Ti maxes the game out at a higher resolution and/or fps is something I could not vouch for myself and would require testimonials of those with that build or similar system playing that game and letting you know what settings that they are getting.
