The GTX 700 fit the MB, even the MB has the pcie1.1X16 slot.
So you need make sure 1) the case will fit the gtx770 or not, because gtx770 has 10" to over11" length depends on which one you buy. 2) you have the good PSU for the gtx770, because gtx770 requires the 550W up with 42A on 12V rail. http://forum-en.msi.com/faq/article/power-requirements-... 3) you need to know your cpu will bottleneck the gtx770.
You may think about to get the more balanced PC, like the new i5 cpu with gtx750ti, even the r7 260X, here is the review for watch dogs. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/watch-dogs-pc-perfo...

my psu is 650 watt. But my cpu is intel pentium dual core.I plan to upgrade to i5 when i have money. But at the moment i want to play watch dogs.So i think to buy the vga first.does my motherboard support it?and what happen if it bottleneck?i think watch dogs will still run good with gtx 770 pentium

Your MB will support, and you may need update the BIOS to the newer version 1101. http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5G41TM_LX/HelpDesk_Do...

Here is a youtub, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=igEep1wiZ5c and when you play the game you may get lower FPS, but I don't know how many FPS you will get, and yes you can still play the watch dogs, also you can lower the setting too in case. And your cpu may run 100% in usage, that is bottleneck.

From the review I posted before, the i3 has 24-32 FPS with better GPU in the 1920X1080 ultra, also your cpu is lot more less power than the i3 http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-o... . So you may have to lower the setting for game, and you have to try it out after you get the gtx770.
