1. What Is Your Country Of Origin? - Hong Kong

2. What do you plan to do with this monitor? (Top Priority: Games; Secondly: Movie Watching)

3. What resolution and screen size do you want? - 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 and 24" maybe a bit smaller if there is a really good model which is too expensive for me at 24"

4. What refresh rate do you want? - 60 hz

5. How much are you looking to spend? - trying to keep it under $150

6. Brands Preferred - No idea really

7. Brands Not Preferred - Same as above

8. Are You Buying More Than One Monitor? - No

9. How Many Displays Can Your GPU Support Maximum? And what GPU and driver version are you using if applicable? AMD R9-290. I think it can support 4, but I will only use one. I haven't bought it yet so I don't know the driver version.

10. What Port Do You Want To Connect To? - DVI-D or HDMI

11. Is This Monitor A Primary Display Or A Secondary Display? - Primary

12. Is This A Secondary Display For A Laptop? - No

QUESTION HERE
My first priority is picture quality, vivid and accurate colors and good dark levels to make the atmospheric environments in games like Skyrim and Tomb Raider really beautiful. I would also like decent refresh rates to avoid motion blurring and decent input lag, but those are not as important to me as the picture quality. What would you guys recommend in the 24" or a bit smaller range?

Base on this "My first priority is picture quality, vivid and accurate colors and good dark levels to make the atmospheric environments in games like Skyrim " you gotta buy a 5ms IPS monitor. Lots of good choice. These are some to consider:
Acer H236HLbid
AOC i2369V
AOC i2367Fh

ohh. Don't go smaller than 24". You want the large screen to display the wow factor.

I find picture quality to be better on glossy displays (chemical anti-reflective treatment, if possible). I don't really like mechanical anti-glare, the image doesn't look as sharp. But that's just my opinion, you can try both and see what you like.
