Hehehe auxiliary power, somebody is a trekkie! :D

Look, I'll just tell you to buy the best one you got withing your budget. With AMD comes this simple rule: Just follow the numbers, the bigger the numbers, the better the card. If there is an "X" on the end, then it means that its even stronger.

All you need to do is watch that is has a "GDDR 5" suffix, that's all.

When you've made your choice then just google the model and check some gaming benchmarks and see if you are satisfied with the card, if not, then see if you can spring a little bit more for a better card... repeat procedure until happy.

r7-240 would be the better. Though it has less streaming processors than hd 6670 however it is based on advanced GCN architecture and more power efficient. Don't know if u could get r7-250 at a similar price as it has more SPs. Imo both r7-240 and HD 6670 are pretty close, if depending on pure performance.

Gaming card under 70$... there is no such thing! You might as well glue a brick on the PCI-E slot, there will be no noticeable difference in gaming.

The best you could get for your money is R7 240, but means 720p at minimum settings for TODAY'S games. Come 2015, you can say goodbye to playable framerates at any details, at any resolution.

Of cuz r7-250 is under 75W TDP and doesn't need auxiliary power as well. (But its big bro 250X DOES need auxiliary power) And who tells you that 850mhz stuff? The core speed of the graphic card has nothing to do with motherboard. So as the memory speed of the gfx.
If you can get r7-250 in $85 go get it.
