Hello everyone . My Company really does not have the best IT team .
Recently they switched all the PC's from Windows 7 to Windows 8 . A few days later a
few PC's have not been able to connect and some pc's have been really slow.
Our Digital Watch dog DVR is acting strange since . With the network cable plugged into
the DVR . the menu and response time are really slow , sometimes with a 10 second delay or longer.
But once i unplug the networkk cable the dvr system speeds up and there is no delay . Any ideas
