My CPU has a temperature of 36-38 degrees Celsius when I am in the EUFI BIOS. The CPU is a HASWELL i5-4670k with a Coolermaster Seidon 120v liquid cooler with an ASUS B85-PLUS. I was wondering whether it is too high for a CPU when will its just idle
