I am currently upgrading my AMD board and Processor with an Intel Board -(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)
And an Intel CPU
-(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I currently have Window 8 installed, so made sure to buy a "Windows 8 Ready" board, because I heard that if you use it then you will not need to reinstall your Windows, only needing to reenter your Windows Registry Key and install any new driver (uninstalling old ones after Bootup). Is this true? Anybody here that can tell me from experience?

Changing motherboards sometimes requires a fresh install.
Going from an AMD platform to an Intel platform makes this even more likely.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
A clean install always works.
