Budget 1080p gaming monitor?

Hi,

Looking for a budget IPS gaming monitor in the uk (as close to £100 as possible), 21.5 inch to 24 inch. I will be playing mostly Company of Heroes 2, World of Tanks and War Thunder.

Any recommendations? Is it worth buying second hand?

If you are feeling lucky, you could buy a second hand one thats normally around 150.
