I would defiantly advise formatting the card, and running a full antivirus scan on your PC and the newly formatted card.

Hi

Then when you have completed a virus scan and backup test the memory card for faults
H2testw. Is designed to check disk & cards by filling with 1GB files then reading them back and doing a checksum on the file read back

It may take a long time with slow large devices such as hard disks

First Try to format, if no luck after formatting the MC then you can re-partition the MC, This procedure helped me fix my card. I hope you will get the fix also.
